Payment and Deposit If you call us directly to book on 07976 740141 and not through our online booking system we do not require a deposit as we believe that if you confirm a reservation you have made a contract and we trust that you will show up.

If you wish to arrive earlier or leave later in the morning we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Cancellation, No Shows When you reserve we will ask for your address details and should you not show up without any notice we will either debit your credit card or invoice you for the full amount of your intended stay.
Minimum cancellation time is 7 days. After this and if we are unable to rent your suite you are unfortunately liable for the full amount for the period you have booked for which we will send you an invoice.
Children We are normally unable to accommodate children under the age of 12 if however you are a family wishing to book more than one suite we will do our best to accommodate well behaved children.
Pets We accept well behaved dogs by prior arrangement but dogs are not allowed in the dining room or on beds or furniture.
